We are here to make sure the customer is treated right and always work in favour of the customer. In case of a defected product received, here are the alternatives that will be offered to the customer only when proper pictures of defect are shared with the company.
1. Sending a fresh product of the same value to the customer at no extra cost at all.
2. Giving credit of the particular amount that can be used to purchase any product site-wide.
